Since a server update on 23/10/26, some churches can’t complete training (it stops at the WWCC step), submit screening checks, download certificates, or save changes on the Organisation Settings page. Logging in and the main website are working. Our developer is working on a fix and we’ll post an update here as soon as it’s resolved. For help in the meantime, email support@safeministrycheck.com.au.
